Job interviews are exciting and nerve wracking for everyone. You’re going into a new company to see if you fit. But have you ever thought about if the company fits for you?
There are questions you can ask in your interview to assure it’s a fit for both sides. Keep questions more practical where the employer has to give concrete detail or share a specific story. Questions like, “What company events do you put together for your employees?” can be very eye opening depending on the answer.
Outside of asking questions during your interview, be sure to get a tour and use the restroom. Seeing how current employees are interacting is a huge insight into what you’ll be doing.
