Helping employees feel like they belong part of a team is something you can establish on their first day. Branded shirts are your company‘s uniforms.
They show you all work for the same team. For my new hires, I love to give them a company “uniform” as a quick way to show they belong.
Other ways to show that you appreciate your employees is through affirming them. Send them a personal thank you note to their house on what how good of job they are doing at work. This gesture is so simple, yet it’s overlooked by employers.
