How To Identify A Toxic Culture Before Accepting A Job Offer

In today’s workplace, people are taking pay cuts in exchange for happiness. They’re looking for an established culture and values they can believe in. And above all, they want to work for a dedicated leadership team who wants what’s best for them.

As you’re job hunting, there are some red flags you can look for during interviews.

For example, if an office tour isn’t offered most people probably won’t ask for one. Going into your interview, be prepared to ask for a tour. Your interviewer should be more than willing to give you a tour and introduce you to potential colleagues.
