How to have uncomfortable conversations with your client

Uncomfortable conversations will happen when you own a business. It’s inevitable.

As a leader, you can set the expectations for them. My concept of a “Principal’s Office” is somewhere I can have uncomfortable conversations. You know what‘ll happen when you get called to the Principal‘s Office — and you know why you’d get called in.

It was available for anyone that needed to have those tough conversations.

When having tough meetings with your team, have tools in place so you and your employees have solutions from the meeting.
