First day jitters can make anyone a nervous wreck. You arrive and it’s obvious to see that you are the newbie. Most new hires are shy and are unsure of who to talk to when they arrive. At Digital-Tutors, I wanted to break the anxiety and awkwardness for new team members.
I created a fun interactive game for new hires to do within their first week. I called it The New Hire Game, a questionnaire that allows the new person to go around the office and interact with their peers. It helps them become more connected on a personal level. And new hires build their confidence as they get to know everyone.
