Exposing a company’s red flags can be as simple as sniffing for lunch and watching for toilet paper

It’s normal for employees to work more than a 40 hour work week. That’s why it’s crucial that you enjoy where you work. At Digital-Tutors, we had 40+ people and I worked hard to create a culture that was respectful and respected. Setting rules for employees to follow is something I believed in.

To this day, our company values are how we hire and fire employees. They are the rules to play by and everyone understands them. But sometimes when you’re interviewing for a new position you don’t know what kind of culture you’re walking into. You can get a glimpse into a company’s culture by going to their bathroom. It sounds crazy, I know, but trust me.
