Your company already has a culture. Whether you think it’s good or bad, you have a culture. Your people are aware of it, too. I’ve explained approachable ways to help make your culture better.

What are your company values?

This isn’t the easiest question to answer. Years ago, I struggled with this question at a conference I attended. After I came home from that seminar, I made it my mission to discover what my company values were.

Culture is about creating an environment people are proud of. Everyone wants to feel part of something bigger then themselves. Part of a team that cares about others and everyone has each other’s back.
