Transforming Leadership and Relationships:
From Boardrooms to Therapy Rooms
I’ve always been fascinated by making challenging ideas feel accessible and engaging. What began as pioneering online video–based learning for over 1.5 million students has evolved into a deep commitment to mental health first through my M.S. in Counseling Psychology, and now with my newly completed Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology. My dissertation dug into how attachment styles and entrepreneurial loneliness shape sexual satisfaction in entrepreneur marriages, because I believe the worlds of business and relationships are inseparable. My current interests include post-exit depression and its impact on relationships.
My journey as an entrepreneur began with the founding of Digital-Tutors, Conclusion Wines, and co-founding Full Sail Capital, which taught me firsthand how stress and leadership pressures affect teams and families. Those experiences fuel my curiosity and inform my clinical work: I blend a psychodynamic lens, EMDR, IMAGO, sex therapy, and attachment theory to help high‑achievers build resilience, navigate loneliness after an exit, and strengthen bonds with loved ones. Ongoing training in transgender care, kink‑conscious practice, and culturally attuned approaches ensures I meet every client, whatever their background, where they are.
Beyond the therapy room, I’m passionate about giving back. I’ve directed wine‑sale proceeds to Oklahoma nonprofits for women, children, and education, and I actively contribute to the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). Whether I’m speaking on Creating a Culture that Matters, Entrepreneurial Loneliness, or How to Overcome the Things That Block Your Success at conferences or designing community outreach programs, my goal is the same: to create inclusive spaces where people feel seen, understood, and empowered to thrive at work, at home, and in between.
